Learning to prioritise your work is a fundamental skill of successful time management. In a busy workplace there will be many competing priorities, and occasionally difficult decisions will need to be made. When assessing your tasks, you should be able to put them into two categories: urgent and important. In this course, we will explain the difference and show you how to categorise tasks so you can deal with them in a calm, organised manner.
The prioritisation skills and knowledge you gain throughout the course will be tested with an interactive exercise which encompasses all the points covered.
We will also demonstrate how your work processes can be improved, give you a set of goals to work towards and ultimately influence your development in dynamic prioritisation.
